Shipping & Returns represent the cost for processing orders on the site, the charge socket object, packaging, shipping and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed (on average are 3-4 working days after order confirmation), but they represent only our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries are made only on weekdays. The delivery costs are subject to changes which will be determined at time of order.

    The expected delivery times assume that the orders have been generated before 12:00, otherwise managed can expect the following working day. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional costs may be calculated by priority, overnight and international transport if they are made more attempts for delivery.

    To the islands, it could take an additional day.


    We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will promptly accept the return of the product to be an afterthought for defective goods. The used goods can not be returned unless defective. Goods returned must include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. In case the goods delivered not to return under these conditions, it could be withheld share of the cost of goods by the seller as compensation. The products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

    It will take 10-14 working days to process the return.


    The Purchase Order expresses the User's willingness to purchase the Products specified in the relevant Order. The Purchase Order shall be deemed issued upon completion of the online purchase process, in the section on the Site. Once you have entered the purchase order, the User will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of 'order they will be shown the order ID number and details of products ordered (the "order Summary"). Please be aware that the Order Summary represents only a notice from GOLDEN LINE S.R.L. to have received the purchase order entered by the user and, therefore, the purchase order shall be deemed not yet accepted by GOLDEN LINE SRL. All purchase orders of a product, in fact, be subject to a specific agreement and will be considered accepted (and the online sales contract of the Product is deemed concluded) when the User will receive an email confirmation of shipment of the Product (the "shipment confirmation")..
    GOLDEN LINE S.R.L. It reserves the right to refuse an order:

    (a) where the product is not available;
    (b) if GOLDEN LINE S.R.L. don't receive the debit authorization in the cost of the Product from User.

    Receiving at the time of the Order Confirmation by the User on-line sales contract of the Product will be concluded and fully binding on You and GOLDEN LINE S.R.L ..


    The prices applicable to the Products are those listed on the site for each product, except in cases of clerical error and recognizable. Product prices are indicated inclusive of VAT at the rate current date. The prices applicable to the products reported on the Website are not inclusive of shipping costs, which will be clearly visible in a later section of the online Product process.

    The payment of the products can be made by credit cards and debit cards, as well as through the PayPal system or by bank transfer (the order will be processed only after the confirmation of total credit the account of GOLDEN LINE S.R.L.). We accept Visa and Mastercard and the following Maestro debit cards, Connect Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard prepaid Visa and the PayPal system for payment of the Products.


    All the Products purchased on the Site are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from the date of delivery within the meaning of Articles 128 et seq. Consumer Code (italy/European Rules). The lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months from the date of purchase of the property must be reported directly to the respective holding companies of the brand of the product purchased (the Parent Companies).

    Under Article n.130 of the Consumer Code (Italy/European Rules), in the event of lack of conformity of the product, the User has the right to restore the conformity of the goods free of charge, by the Parent Company.
